Cancellation & Late Policy Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Appointments canceled or changed with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged 75% of the scheduled service total. A $15 late fee will be added for arrivals 10 or more minutes late.
